Shipping policy

We deliver across Bangladesh. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days of confirmation.

 

Delivery time and charge

Inside Dhaka: 1–3 working days, Tk 70.

Outside Dhaka: 3–5 working days, Tk 130.

Stitched and Custom Tailored items are made to order and may take 7–14 working days before dispatch.

 

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available nationwide. Our team calls to confirm every order before it is dispatched.

 

Tracking

Once your parcel is handed to the courier we send you the tracking details by SMS.

 

Delays

Delivery may take longer during Eid, public holidays or bad weather, and for addresses outside courier coverage.

 

Wrong or incomplete address

Please check your address and phone number before confirming. If a parcel is returned because the address was wrong or nobody accepted delivery, the delivery charge is not refundable.
